Returns & Exchanges

At W.E.Watts we want you to be completely happy with your purchase, therefore should you wish, you may return your purchase to us for a full refund or exchange, providing the item is returned to us within 30 days of purchase and is both unused and in its original condition along with all paperwork and immediate packaging. We will refund the transaction in full, to the card used for the original transaction on receipt of the item back to ourselves. We will send a pre paid return envelope.
